Henrik is a global tech M&A deal maker with an extensive international network and award winning track record of success on 4 continents in business and tech. Henrik has worked in the international IT sector for over 25 years. He has lived in Europe, Asia, Australia and the US. He was part of the top-management of Navision Software, which was acquired by Microsoft. He later became Deputy Director General of the Danish Ministry of Finance, leading the Government’s horizontal IT complex. Henrik currently works as a mergers-and-acquisitions advisor for Hampleton Partners a global M&A Advisory firm. He also previously served as President of the Danish-American Chamber of Commerce in California where he lived with his family for 6 years.

Henrik has co-authored an interesting book: RETURN OF THE VIKINGS – NORDIC LEADERSHIP IN TIMES OF EXTREME CHANGE which tells the story of the rich heritage of the Nordic peoples: as explorers, navigators, trendsetters, political and educational innovators. This provides deep roots, traced back to the Viking era and the Nine Noble Virtues of Nordic mythology. These virtues still inform the way the Nordic peoples live and work today. Henrik earned two degrees. An M.sc Eng, Technical from the University of Denmark and a B. Com from Copenhagen Business School. He, and his family, now reside back in Denmark where he is originally from.
